can I drink nescafe coffee or green tea?

So I am on my first day of lipotrim the proper 3 shakes. Just wanted to know if I could drink nescafe coffee (golden roasted I think!) am not sure as it says black coffee and if I can, am I aloud any type of sweetners. I am asking as I don't want to sabotage anything am quite missing food and don't want today to go to waste!

Black coffee means without milk, not the colour of the coffee! Only tablet sweeteners are allowed not the powder type.

Did your pharmacist not give you any advice? Or the LT printed carrier bag?

Yes, you can have any type of coffee you want, so long as you don't add any milk to it. You can have sweeteners, but only tablet ones and not spoonable ones.
