Can I eat Onken fat free strawberry yogurt????

Ive been having just the natural yogurts for the past 3 days but fancy a bit of flavour so before I tuck in am I allowd it?????

Fruit yog is a tolerated item on Cruise, limit to 2 pots per day, 1 if muller size.

I blitz a strawberry sf jelly pot into my nat yogurt and tastes like smooth strawberry yogurt x

Thanks, i did have a few spoons but now given the rest to my daughter!! out of sight out of mind!!!!
