If it has no carbs I don't see a problem - I nibble on bits like deli sausage/salami all the time and it's never taken me out of ketosis or apparently affected my weight loss. Perhaps someone else more knowledgeable will be able to shed better light though?? xx

I tend to have it in reserve, as it really doesn't have carbs, which is great! Just be careful though, as if you eat the whole sausage it's about 600+ calories, which would be doubling your calories for the day!
