Can I fry mushrooms in frylight??

The leaflet says mushrooms can't be fried, can I not fry in frylight or does it affect weightloss? I thought it may be due to the change in its weight when fried???

Mushrooms are like massive sponges so it's basically pointless trying to fry them in something as they just suck it all up! You're adding the extra calories into them by adding something to fry, granted frylight is very low cal, but it would be a challenge getting a decent "fried" result with just one spray
