I have ordered 5 promotional packs today and am hoping they arrive tomorrow so I can start Wednesday. I have been following all your progress for the past few weeks whilst trying to decide what diet to follow. I would like to say well done to all of you, everyone seems to be doing so good.

I think I will follow the working solution so I have something to look forward to. Hope to loose a stone in 5 weeks. Looking forward to 'chatting' to you all a bit more.

Wish me luck - I think I will need it!
