Can I Just Confirm - SS/SS+

Hi everyone

I am back on CD after a bit of a break and since I stopped, the new SS/SS+ has come into existence.

I am on week 4 of SS now and my CDC mentioned to me at this weeks weigh in that I will have to do SS+ next week (week 5).

I thought that with the new rulings that I don't have to do anything but SS until after I've completed 12 weeks. That's the way I read it in my Yellow book (I don't have a new pink book though - is that different?)

I've done it all properly by having my form signed by my GP etc. My CDC is fairly new to the job and has followed CD previously herself and no doubt had to do AAM - which if I'm right doesn't exist anymore?

Can a CDC clarify this for me, so I can discuss it with my CDC on Wednesday. I'd rather SS as much as possible.

Hi I am new to the diet and am on week 4. My CDC has told me you can do ss for 12 weeks then you must do an add a meal week then you can go back to another 12wks of ss.
