Can I really eat all this!!

Just checking im doing this right. Im on extra easy.

Breakfast 4 rice cakes with some extra light cheese (HEA)

Lunch lentil soup with rice cakes and rest of cheese

Dinner two burgers made with extra lean mince, onion and shwartz perfect shake steakhouse pepper fried in frylight with baked beans

Snacks: Banana, Apple, fat free yoghurt

Counted 10 syns with rice cakes

I feel I shouldnt be able to eat all this LOL

Isn't it amazing what you can eat on SW plan.

Having looked at your menu I have noticed that your not eating 1/3 superfree with your breakfast and dinner. Maybe add some fruit with breakfast? I assume you have lots of nice veggies in your lentil soup to make it superfree? For dinner im affraid beans aren't superfree, but you could have butternut squash chips or some mushrooms and a grilled tomato with it.

If you have the book look at the yellow pages if you are unsure what superfree is. Hope this helps.

yeah loads of veg in the soup, parsnips, carrots, turnip, onions. I had an apple with breakfast and a banana at lunch. Thanks for getting back Im totally new here, love your hair its cool as! Does not having the superfree 1/3 stall weight loss then? Beans are free tho arent they! I hope so ive been eating loads! x

If you're doing extra easy then you need the 1/3 superfree, that's why the combination of red and green plans works. If you do just red or green days you don't need 1/3 superfree but it does help with weight loss as most are speed or super speed foods. Otherwise your meals look good. Maybe start a food diary in the food diary section if you want any input?

You also havent included your HeB in your plan Hun. I agree with niknaks, you need to eat a few more pieces of fruit and veg in your day too. Have a look at the food diary section on here for some ideas.

I have to say I was amazed at the amount you can eat. I have been doing red days and I am always full at the end of each day. Hopefully I will have lost when I weigh in on Monday as I have not gone over my syn allowance.
