Just checking im doing this right. Im on extra easy.
Breakfast 4 rice cakes with some extra light cheese (HEA)
Lunch lentil soup with rice cakes and rest of cheese
Dinner two burgers made with extra lean mince, onion and shwartz perfect shake steakhouse pepper fried in frylight with baked beans
Snacks: Banana, Apple, fat free yoghurt
Counted 10 syns with rice cakes
I feel I shouldnt be able to eat all this LOL
