hi can anyone tell me if it is OK to split my shakes ? as i have the male size 450ml i find it a bit to much in the morning so for the last 2 day's i have been splitting the morning one and having the other half at around 1 pm and a full one at about 7-8 pm so is this OK or do i have to have it all in one go:sigh:

Yeah this is fine to do :)
If you are finding that 2 is not enough or just too much in one go you can always ask for female lipotrim, of which you get 4 shakes and make them with 250ml of water ... i think this is allowed for men :)

Glad you have sorted splitting your shakes. This should make them more palatable. Try ice in them as well and whisk really well as they taste better when frothy. At least I think so. Best of luck with the weigh in.
