Total Solution Can I swap Exante Porridge for Oatso Simple???

Has anyone swapped the Exante porridge for Oatso simple and still had really good weight loss results. Im on TS, im fine for the moment with the products but it would be good to know for in a few weeks time when im getting a bit bored of shakes and bars (really cant eat the porridge sachet).

No you can't. Oats simple isn't in any way a suitable replacement for TFR

Itll probably knock you out of ketosis and it doesnt have the nutrients. You can't swap things like this for packs
