Can i swap?

am i allowed to go to the chemist to swap my shakes? I really can stomach then, its got too the point where i nearly vomit on every glug.

(Altho if i cant then im just going to have to force it down)

Im only on day 2 lol.

Do you think its possible?

Also im freezing cold, is that a good sign?

The chemist will be more than happy to change them for you.
Yes - I am a lot colder than I used to be - try a hot black coffee - it might warm you up a bit.

My chemist allows me to swap, I think most of them are reasonable.
Understand what you are going through, your tastebuds change on this diet and often when you do not like the shakes etc at the start, you grow to enjoy them eventually. Try and continue with them, and take each day as it comes.

Ah thats great, ill be down that chemist sharpish tomorrow.
