Can I take ProPlus on SS?

Hi,

Im back on SS for the 3rd and hopefully final time.

First and second time round I lost well over 5 stone, but 3 years later and Iv gained it all back

Im on day 2 and so far so good, but I need coffee first thing in the morning as I don't sleep much and up very early with my young children.

Can I take 3 proplus in the morning whilst on SS?

I dont like coffee and so would be usefull to know .

I've been taking Pro Plus before I drive home after nights, it hasn't affected my ketosis, but I'd be careful if you're not used to taking it, it might affect you more when you're in ketosis. Having said all this I don't know if it's actually allowed, so I'd wait until someone like KD replies. x
