What do you do with the foods you still have in the house that don't fit with your diet plan? I'm doing slimming world, I've got a cupboard full of gluten free baking supplies, various flours and things, as well as some frozen foods and some long-life rolls (all gluten free cos I'm coeliac and some of it was pricey) that are all high-syn values. I hate wasting money - I just don't see how I can still bake on slimming world, but am I wrong?
