can my good days out weigh my bad this week?

I have not been one hundred percent on sw this week. Fri,sat,sun i was really bad. Mon,tue,wed,thurs i have been good. I am also on star week ths week. I get weighed tonight, i am dead on a stone loss at the moment and i dont want to fall under that. So far on sw i hvent gained and i worried thia could be the first week

Well, if you have gained, at least you'll know why. That's half the battle. It's when the gain is unexplained that the problem comes.

You'll know soon enough and you'll also know exactly what to do to rectify it.

Don't beat yourself up about a bad week, it doesn't undo 9 weeks of good work!

Just remember that when you go to weigh in that's it that weeks over
You're then making a brand new start on a new week so you can just move on

It's possible that the little "bad" bit could have actually given you a little boost. Don't worry if you have gained, you will know why and remember, if you have gained, how it made you feel. If you feel like being bad again (although we're all human), then you can remember that feeling and it should put you off, iykwim?

I agree with all of the above. Sometimes being a bit naughty can give you a boost but if you do gain at least you know why.
