can not get focused

i just cant get back on track with cambridge and when i first started i done 5 weeks 100% and now every couple of days there is a slip up i so want to do this more than anything right now but just cant get my head in the zone

Try to do the best you can honey, you can't do any better than that, and it will take the pressure off yourself too x x

Are you doing ss? might be worth moving up the plans to ss+ or 810 for a few days to get you back in the zone

Good advice.. in the past some time last year i started on the 1000 plan then moved to 810 then ss+ and it worked well.

Try this method if you are struggling... honestly
