    capers mixed beans muller light potatoes cucumber spring onions tomatoes bananas bananas pears Diet Tonic Water


    Healthy Extras a 250ml semi-skimmed milk a 42g Mozzarella
    b 113g chicken (raw weight)b 2 Weetabix/Weetabix Gold


    Syns Syns Multi-Grain Crispbread 2 Multi-Grain Crispbread 2 Chocolate, branded, Cadbury Curly Wurly 6 Total Syns

    That looks ok to me hun for a green day. It's good that you've got alot of free foods and super foods. I think it helps alot :)

    thanks , i had a pasta salad at lunchtime , and am having chicken with roasted new pots and salad again for dinner

    Yes looks good. If your WL slows you might have to cut back on the spare banana. If I eat more than 1 a day I don't lose.
