Hello,

I've had a look at the below and SW online says its free on Red, surely it cant be because of the potato in it?

Can anyone shed any light on this?

There's no way it can be! I've just checked this on tesco site, it's 43% potato and 23% fish so it can't be free on red.
I think they've made a mistake with this one.

And in the SW directory it says one syn on red and 8 on green.
Very very strange!

Have you tried entering all the nutritional info into the syns calculator and see what that says?

I have a fish pie and amazed to find it was less syns on a green day than red but there ya go!

There are some anomolies with ready meals - I remember seeing something like risotto (or the like) & it was free on red!

Yeah, i think i will actually or may speak to my consultant on tuesday and see what she can find out for me.

Its not very good if they are publishing incorrect syn values as someone could be eating this on a regular basis thinking its free when its not
