11am- pineapple melon
lunch- rice chickpeas brocoli carrots peas
sweetcorn orange grapes
dinner - pots bacon peas cabbage turnip
syns 15

melon and pineapple
salad and ham
bacon pasta peppers and peas
again all 15 used and healthy extras!
