can someone in the know check im right??

hi all

my packs are coming on tues and ive gonefor the shakes...

is this right...


3 shakes a day ,
black tea/ coffee with or with out sweetner,
as much water as poss (with or with tesco cordial that has no citric acid in)
and bouillion (adding spices)....

am i on the right lines or way off??

also is bouillion veggy friendly as my friend will be joining soon as shes veggy

100% Correct, good luck with the diet and keep glugging that water!! (but do not exceed 4 litres as it can be dangerous) Don't forget you are getting water in your shakes and soups Tasha xx

thanks guys you are all so wonderful - looking forward to starting too as i know ive got you all here!!! will go and get the bouilion stuff tomorrow... is it near the stock cubes??


do i aim for 3 litres then or 2??

Spot on hun...and good luck! As for water i always fill up a 2litre bottle and chill it.....and i always have a pint of water as soon as i wake up and take one to bed with me...then i know i MUST empty the bottle of water before im close to my water target....otherwise id get nowhere near! good luck xx
