can u overdo the slendertone?

Hi hun! I do the same thing and it doesn't seem to have been bad for me so far! I do something like an hour n half with it positioned over my belly button like they show you and then i do the same but move it just below my belly button to make sure i get every bit toned, lol. Been doing it for a week now...i love it!! xx

Ohhhh... i think i will try moving it around also... to make sure i get my whole tummy toned! lol

I got the arm belts as well... they have straps that you put around your arms to hold the pads in place. Im just after having my first session of it and it felt grand also, although the straps dug into my flab :( lol

Going to make sure i put slendertone into my daily routine everyday... lower abs, upper abs and arms... lol

Oooo i've bought the arms one too...it's being delivered on Monday. Is it good? I've made sure i've had my belt on every day, first thing when i get up so i don't get a chance to forget it! Managed to get it up to 99 the past few days...it' the weirdest feeling though isn't it lol. I'm so tempted to get the shorts! xx

I've been boring and just do the one session but today am up to 99 now but it fair takes my breath away! Gonna go get the shorts tomorrow, watch out arse your about to be squeezed to within an inch of your life!

I normally set it @ 90 (perhaps it's more stronger for blokes ? Or maybe I'm just trying to find excuses for being beaten by a lass ;) )

I do 3 sessions... one middle tummy, one lower & another middle one :)

I love the different progammes... there's one on mine where it gives you 20 REAL intense centred strong crunches in quick succession & fair takes your breath away before resuming back to 20 slow widespread ones...

I love it :D

LOL! I was thinking about getting the shorts also! There is a mini skirt as well - its to lift your bum and the shorts are for thighs! LOL!

I was worried i might use it for a day or two, but I can really see myself getting well addicted to it. It is so easy to put on and use, and you can move around and do things with no problem.

Think slendertone can help me get sarah conners arms??


The arms seem to be really good, you get a pad for each arm and it plugs into your main controller then it buzzes on one arm and then the other arm, so you dont buzz on both arms at the same time, alternative arm toning! I really hope it works, as my arms are probably the one part of my body I have the most issues with...

oh ive only managed level 42 - didnt realise there was different programmes... must read the booklet and find out if mine does that also, think it should!

Ill move it up tomorrow see if i can hit the 50 mark....

yeah i want toned arms - but them veins are sooo gross... veins are not a good look in arms... dont like them in mens arms either lol x

Still trying to perfect the art of smoking with the arm bands on without setting fire to me face! I think we must have different belts Howdy, mine has different programmes but they all do the same thing but for longer me thinks, certainly don't think I have that funky intense zappy thing you've got..... I love all this techy talk!

Looks like I need the mini then as its defo the bum that needs a squeezin.

Hope not... same as Madge's arms... too sinewy... ladies arms should be lady-like in my opinion :)

I use my belt for about 2 1/2 a time (again moving the below the belly button to get my lower abs too) the only thing i find is that i dont wear it at the weekend as my sides are sore...but back on again on monday
The shorts are fab too!! But, they are a bit faffy getting them on but once they are on i would say sit down with your feet up as trying to walk is an art form. Slendertone also recommend you dont walk up stairs with them on
Lol i should be on commission for all you lot buying these lol
