Can you do CD if less than 3Stone to loose?

At all? with the 1000 plan maybe?

Comments appreciated. Have a few people at work interested, but the most some have to loose is about 2.5 stone.

You can do SS as long as you are a stone over BMI 25 which is BMI 27 but would have to introduce food fairly quickly as the BMI drops.

Looks like I have managed to get a few newbies into CD'ing! All those that said I wouldn't stick to it, I dont see often and they saw me today , went to lunch, whilst I had my shake and bar, they all ate fatty foods, and then spent an hour discussing the CD. They are now convinced its not just some faddy starvation diet! hoorah!

This is a stone from BMI 25 right, because after this weeks loss, my BMI is 25.89 or something like that and I'm not allowed to SS anymore .. I wonder if I'm allowed to do CD790?!
