Was just reading the pro you mag (think thats what its called)
and its saying that you can do daily propoints and simple filling on alternate days.
Is this true? I may have read it wrong...
for example mon eat dailys then tues do simple filling (3 meals anything coloured in green) and anything extra take out of weeklies?
