Yeah I know the normal rules it's just i am having an emergency and was wondering if having a 2nd bar would thro you out of ketosis... otherwise i'll just miss it today
i avoid the bars cos to me it's just like eating chocolate bars..... Im sure someone in the know will be here soon.. I'll see if i can find someone on MSN for you xxx
If it is an emergency and the choice is only two packs or have another bar, have another bar.
The Cranberry and peanut are lower in carbs, however, higher in fibre so we may have to issue a gale warning
There is a possibility you will briefly come out of ketosis just don't be tempted by anything else drinks lots of water and straight back on track tomorrow.
