can you o/d on cd? how many is too many?

    I have recently been talking to some other folk on cd and a few have mentioned that they are really scared of putting food back in their diet and they could happily live without it. (i dont think personally i could ever survive without food, i love it too much!!!)
    One person in particular said that sometimes she has had over the limit of shakes per day,sometimes going up to 5 or 6 per day, if she has done extra work, her job is quite physical! Could it be dangerous to have too much cd? Could she be doing herself any damage? Apart from not learning and dealing with the issues of food (which obviously are there) what could happen to her? How many is to many? Her attitude is she is getting over 100% of everything she needs to stay well so what harmn can it be doing
    Any advice from cdc or otherwise greatfully appreciated.
    Heres hoping i can find some info which will put her back on the straight and narrow.
