I know colmans do a sachet called season & shake for chicken/salmon etc

I have one in the cupboard for a lemon & dill salmon, now in theory I'm thinking you should be able to as it's just herbs & we are allowed to use these when cooking

Maggi also do one called so juicy where you put it in a bag again it's just mixed herbs I think, sometimes you may use milk or water but again these should be ok right?.
hope people no what I'm talking about LOL

Have linked to it

Yay for you Pauline - where would we be without you???? Pauline is correct - just check the ingredients and be sure that there are no additives such as pea starch or flour or sugar or fat!!! Most of them contain ingredients not allowed on Dukan - best to just do your own in my humble opinion!! Was a pain to do this when I started the diet but now so used to it it is second nature! x
