Are there any free canned/pots of soup at all? I'm decorating tomorrow and need something quick and free for lunch.

There are several that can count as a HExB, but not sure about free. Will have a lookie.

Sorry, doesn't look like there are any free ones, but the Weight Watchers ones are quite low in syns.
What about a quick omelette rather than soup? Probably take about the time time to cook through, and similar prep time needed too. Have that with some veg in it or a salad with it to get your superfrees in.

Not soup exactly but some of the Easy Bean and Stewed! pots are free or low syn. Also the Innocent pots have a couple that are not too bad. I've highlighted the ones that are free or less than 5 syns. Lots of supermarkets have started doing their own but Ive not tried any yet.

I haven't tried the Goulash, but the Chickpea, Sweet Potato & Feta is diviiiiiine, nothing like as boring as it sounds, om nom nommmm *drool*
