Cant believe whats been going on......

Well, I was back last week for the second time, and then my dad was taken into hospital and my chest infection had not cleared up............ honestly.... its one thing after another....
BUT here I am again for the third time.
Dad is home and chest infection is easing slightly, still wheesy and coughing and breathless etc, but I will survive (I hope lol)
So, I lost weight last week but didnt officially declare it........... so, I lost 3lbs last week.
I have filled in my food diary for today......

Oh dear Debby you have been through the mill lately, so glad to hear that your dad is now out of hospital, and I hope you will be feeling soon.
