ahhh best get postin then, all these numbers are confusin in weight, pounds stones kg which do u all usually stick too? im sure ive put the right figures in my thingy, i have lost 7 pound but its sayin 10??

yea ive managed to change it now its dead confusin. my chemist works off kg n stone n here works on pounds! also the calculator online is different to the scales am weighed on. its well stressin i duno wher i am now lol x x

u sound like me 3-4days ago. It seems we have to have at least 50 posts before we can do it. Go to tutorials where they will guide you through it. I know it is very frustrating but you are right to ask. How else are we to know.
