so i have 2 chicken breasts already cooked for my tea tonight, weighing 213g for both of them. my pocket guide is saying 4PP for 120g cooked, so what would 213g be? should i say between 6 and 8PP just to be on the safe side?

i know one of you lovely people will have the answer for me :D
 
Hi I have looked on esource & it works out at 6 propoints ;-)
