Hi gaynor, yes love, but I was banned from the sitting room last night.

How do you feel today after a carby splurge?
Energetic? Okay? Sluggish?
I am just wondering how carbs affect you long term.

I'm fine today, but yesterday afternoon I could hardly keep my eyes open and I felt really crap yesterday evening. Typical carb overdose symptoms. I didn't sleep that well either which is really unusual for me Gaynor.
