the large mixed grill with all the chips! and then helped my wife finish her half a chicken and mashed spuds you can guess that the office here is a bit stinky today, and that's with the window wide open. People seem to be giving me and my office a wide berth this afternoon.

I'm fine today, but yesterday afternoon I could hardly keep my eyes open and I felt really crap yesterday evening. Typical carb overdose symptoms. I didn't sleep that well either which is really unusual for me Gaynor.
