Attack Carbs in Total 100% fat free yoghurt

Hey well done on getting into ketosis that is a massive step!
 
in the rose elliot low carb for vegetarians book she says that if its a probiotic (like total) then you half the carb content because the probiotic bacteria eat the sugars..im still too scared to discard half the count though so always end up adding it in. total 0% is still way lower in sugar than muller lites though :)
