Hiya everyone,

I've just started to go to the gym and my plan is to go to the gym for an hour, three times a week.

I know that cardio is a big part of weight loss, and I'm wondering what you guys would suggest? I do like to do weights aswell to improve strength.

Can anyone suggest any routines or work-outs to do?

Have you had an induction? Most gyms will assess your level of fitness and then give you a programme to follow.

get a programme made up for you, everyones different in what they do! example ive got three programmes now, ones cardio and muscle, ones pure muscle and my other is the powerplate

i like to mix and match, do a diff one everyday
