welcome to my diary, been doing slimming world two weeks but just decided to write a diary. please help me along the way.
extra easy!!
START WEIGHT FROM BEGINING 14 STONE 7LB, THAT WAS JULY 2011.

Caroline you have done very well with your weight loss. I like the style you write your diary (s, super s, free....).

Can I make a suggestion if you would not mind. Why don't you update your weight loss and target/mini target on the left handside of the screen rather than put it in the context of your post. That way at a glance it can be seen.

Keep up the good work and I am sure you'll soon get to target.
