welcome to my diary, been doing slimming world two weeks but just decided to write a diary. please help me along the way.

START WEIGHT FROM BEGINING 14 STONE 7LB, THAT WAS JULY 2011.
Breakfast

2 rashes bacon {free}
mushrooms {s free}
red pepper {s free}
beans {free}
grapes {s free}
diet lemonade {free}
lunch
tomato soup!
beans {free}
chopped tomatoes {free}
1 pickled onion {s free}
basil {free}
1 slice wholemeal nimble bread {half hea}
1 carrot {s free}
blueberries {s free}
diet lemonade {free}
Dinner
lean steak {free}
new pots roasted in fry light {free}
baby corn {s free}
leeks {s free}
sweet corn {free}
sugar snaps {s free}
mushroom sauce!
mushrooms {s free}
onions {s free}
3 diarylea triangles {hea} 1 triangle left today
dried chives {free}
muller light and choco balls 7.5 syns
so i got 1 triangle left and half a heb
how does today look?? please comment
