    Well as expected the scales didn't move this week but no gain so dissapointed but not devistated. Am keeping a closer eye on food intake this week and logging all foods.

    so....

    BF 2 weetabix and milk = 1 HA 1HB


    Dinner, chicken = 1 HB
    tinned tomatoes = free
    onions = free
    red pepper = free
    rice = free
    salad = free
    stock cubes = free
    herbs and spices = free

    Snacks, apple, plum, satsuma, cottage cheese and yogurt = all free.

    syns 1 25g bag of mini chedders 61/2

    Will make sure that I drink at least 5 large glasses of diet lemonade (cann't stand water) as may be not drinking enough!
    so far.... drunk 1 coffee and 3 lemonade

    syns for today 6 1/2
