Well as expected the scales didn't move this week but no gain so dissapointed but not devistated. Am keeping a closer eye on food intake this week and logging all foods.
Snacks, apple, plum, satsuma, cottage cheese and yogurt = all free.
syns 1 25g bag of mini chedders 61/2
Will make sure that I drink at least 5 large glasses of diet lemonade (cann't stand water) as may be not drinking enough!
so far.... drunk 1 coffee and 3 lemonade
