Carrot soup? Anyonr?

I hope this is ok with chicken stock cos I started the onion off and realised I didn't have any veg stock!

Ok it's just finished blending and it tastes absolutely amazing so thanks for this. I didn't add all the stock to the blender cos I like this nice and thick and I left the potato out cos I'm on red plan but mmmmmm this is lush!

Carrot and butterbean is a nice combination too - and if you blend it, the butterbeans help thicken the soup.
