Thursday 8th July - Extra Easy

Brunch - scrambled egg, bacon and baked beans with 2 slices wholemeal bread (HEXB), frylight, tea, ss milk

Lunch - mango, grapefruit

Dinner - steak, SW chips, broccoli and green beans

Snacks - fried plantain (w/frylight), strawberries, diet cola with a twist of almond, crisps (4 syns), pink and white x 2 (5 syns), mini milk (1.5 syns), tea

Syns: 10.5 syns used and 1/2 HEXA and HEXB

Friday 9th July - Extra Easy

Breakfast - eggs, frylight, ss milk, tea, lean bacon

Lunch - chicken sandwich loaded with salad, mayonnaise (1 syn)

Dinner - pork kebabs, mixed peppers, green beans, sweetcorn, smash, gravy (2 syns)

Snacks - strawberries, tea, satsumas x 2, sweet potato, mini milk (1.5 syns), mullerlight x 2, pink and white (2.5 syns)

Syns: 7 used and HEXA and HEXB

Saturday 10th July - Extra Easy

Breakfast - 28g Weetabix minis, ss milk, banana, tea

Lunch - red thai chicken

Dinner - fried plantain, sauteed potato, pork kebabs, mixed peppers, green beans, broccoli

Supper - eggs, beans, bacon

Snacks - satsumas x 2, half a grapefruit, strawberries and cream (1 syn), half a pear, pink and white (2.5 syns), ryvita wholegrain crackerbread, hi-fi bar (6 syns), LF super noodles

Syns: 9.5 used and HEXA and HEXB

Sunday 11th July - Extra Easy

Breakfast - sausage (1 syn), fried plantain, fried sweet potato, lean bacon, baked beans, squash

Lunch - chicken sandwich, extra light mayo (1 syn) with salad (HEXB) and sweet potato

Dinner - chicken noodle stir fry ('twas yummy!!!), squash

Snacks - chicken pieces, satsumas x 2, pink and white (2.5 syns), 12 mikado (6 syns), tea, ss milk, slice of ham, mullerlight x 2

Syns: 10.5 used, HEXA and HEXB

Plan of action for this week:

Limit Mullerlight consumption - one a day
Drink 2 litres of water per day
Switch to weetabix, banana and milk for breakfast
Aim for 10 superfree foods a day
Do more exercise (walking)
Eat more fish
Eat more at meals to snack less

WI tomorrow - plan of action will commence on Tuesday; need time to prepare and plan!

Monday 12th July (WI) - Extra Easy

Breakfast - 1 shredded wheat (3.5 syns) with ss milk (HEXA) and chopped banana, sausage (1 syn), little bit of ketchup (0.5 syn)

Lunch - chicken sandwich (HEXB) with salad, 1 tbsp mayo (1 syn)

Dinner - chicken noodle stir fry

Snacks - mini milk (1.5 syns), plum, pear, satsumas x 1.5, banana, plum, chicken pieces, snack a jacks (6 syns), half a kit kat (2.5 syns)

Syns: 15 used and HEXA and HEXB


+2lbs for me this week and I have no idea why. I'm going to sit down and plan my week and stick to it. Lots of speed and superspeed!

Tuesday - Extra Easy

Breakfast - 2 weetabix with ss milk and banana

Lunch - Smoked cobbler with broccoli, green beans, carrots, corn on the cob

Dinner - steak, noodles, corn on the cob, broccoli, green beans

Snacks - cucumber, tea, kellogg's fibre plus bar (5.5 syns), satsumas x 2, plums x 2, mikado x 19 (9.5 syns)

Syns: 15 used, HEXA and HEXB

Fluids: 1550 ml fluid so far, 450ml to go

Thanks very much - I'll stick with it. Either way, I'm eating more healthily, so I'm not losing out :)

Breakfast - clementine x 2, pear, plum, squash

Lunch - savoury rice

Dinner - chicken noodle stir fry, corn on the cob

Supper - Weetabix x 2, ss milk, tea

Snacks - plum, banana, velvet crunch crisps (4 syns), sausage (1 syn)

Syns: 5 used, HEXA and HEXB

Fluids: 1400ml, 600ml to go

Syns: 14.5 syns and HEXA and HEXB

Fluids: 2050ml, 0ml to go


Was constantly hungry today! Kept grazing... Bad day!

Syns: 27 used and HEXA and HEXB

Fluids: 1100ml, 900ml to go


Very bad day!!! But if I go by weekly syns, then I still have 15 left for two days...and I hope I don't use them all!

Having a little break due to illness, then back on plan, starting afresh!!!
