Lunch today was a sesame seed bagel with two low fat cheese triangles and a big bowl of 0 point carrot & coriander soup... Yummy...

I've just poured myself a 'small' white wine spritzer before I make my dinner ... Cin Cin ;-) x

I'm having grilled salmon fillet, with a big mushroom stuffed with feta, red onion and tomato, with some sweet potato wedges with rosemary :) just sitting for five minutes then going to get cracking cos I'm starving! :) xx

I'm faffing abit with level 2 as got bored with it,you don't ache with that level but it's more cardio which means more sweaty but I like that lol

I was sweating like mad when I done level one this morning! I can feel the burn in my arms and thighs... Must be a good thing right?! Haha... Another 8 days of level 1 then I'll tackle level 2, I prefer the strength element of it because I feel like I get plenty cardio with my running... Need to tone up the saggy bits!! :) xx

Yea I like toning aswell,that's my plan,to lose weight and tone.Yup definitely good to feel it! I've got up to day 7 on level 2.Not done it since Wednesday though!
