Cathedral City Slices Mature LIGHTER HEX A EE

Hi Everyone

I was wondering if I can have 1 or 2 slices of the cathedral city.

Each 20gram slice is 62 calories.

I know for normal cheese its about 28g for a HEX A allowance and 42g for low fat cheese.

Can someone assist me, I love cheese it is my one vice.

The sw free book says 40g of cathedral city lighter mature cheddar is 1 healthy extra on green but I doesn't specifically say the sliced cheese. HTH
