I have been AWOL since thursday, however I blame works do, alcohol, cold weather and hangovers. Back on track today and have a whole 5 days til weigh in. Not holding much hope as am doing.overtime this week and ain't get in until 9..... Had my menu planned and forgot. Shall be posting my food diary.
 
Decided to get back on track 100% today after 3 weeks off. Will weigh in today to see the damage, draw a line and get right back on it. Next weigh in will be next Friday :) cannot wait to get back on it. Never thought I would say that.

And a grand total of 8lbs on over the 3 weeks.

So todays food diary looks like this:

Off couple of days, but its Monday tomorrow, back to work Tuesday and back to reality. 2012 bring it on. Operation holiday April 2012 want to lose 2 stone with the help of more excercise.......

Started off so great, but as its weigh in, Friday big shop and tiredness ended up being off plan.

T - 1/2 Asda pizza (500 cals), handful of curly fries, mayo and 2 onion rings , chocolate frijj milkshake.

Diet coke chicken was Yummy, OH loved it too as with all the reveipes I cook. He even tells his friends at work what he's having for tea each night and there always very impressed. I'm going to attempt to make a new receipe every week.
