Thought I'd start a food diary as I've got a 'proper' diary but this will give me a place to post my daily food, which may help other people too. I know I like looking through people's diaries for food ideas but it's hard to find all the food bits inbetween the diary bits!

Tuesday (Yesterday):
Breakfast: Nothing (oops!)
Lunch: Heinz Farmer's Market soup (slow cooked lamb), grapes, strawberries, orange (326 cals)
Afternoon snack: Aldi bacon rashers crisps (86 cals)
Dinner: Gnocchi with diced chicken, bacon, peppers and tomato (586 cals)
Evening: Aldi safari snacks and a hot chocolate (148 cals)
Total for the day: 1146
