ProPoints Cazzabelle's - eats... om nom noms - comments welcome

Well yesterdat started off well then went to my parents where my mother had made home made pizza >_<..... She just really does not get it... then i need to get a back bone.

Did go for a 2.5k run yesterday. Will go for another run on monday and walking 2 miles to and from training on tuesday and then run again on wednesday...

back on it today. my attitude to food is changing for the better... still have some work ahead of me though :)
 
Plenty of exercise for you this week! Pizza might not have been too bad as homemade! Takes time to change habits etc,we will all get there :0)

Yeah I eat it on its own... Tend to have it round the same time as I have my yogurt :) Its nowt special but does the trick

Heya

Im alive!!! :) Lost 1.5lb on Tuesday brining me now by 1/2 lb into the 12 stone bracket lol Wahoo!!!

Been an up and down week. Been sooo busy i havent been planning and tracking that well :( and yesterday was sooo hungry I went ott.

But todayI did my first 5k run :) waiting to get sent my time but think it was around 35 mins :) I am sooo proud of myself.

I am not trying to meal plan on a shoe string as broke until pay day on wednesday.

Well done on the run and on the weight loss,that's great about being in the 12 stone bracket.yea sometimes have to go with the flow food wise when money is too tight! Hope you enjoy the rest of your weekend though :0)
