hi susan i went from w8 to ww and i managed to stay the same but only by not eating all my points and i still stayed away from carbs just for that first wk well done on your weight loss and good luk with ww x

please dont be upset or anything if you do put on weight as it really depends on the person and there body type,i wa slucky coming from cd to ww i managed to loose but some do gain and others sts.
So please be happy with what the scales say you have done amazing
I moved from W8 to WW two weeks ago. I didn't eat all 18 points and did keep away from carbs and rubbish and lost 2.5lbs which is more than I had lost the previous week on W8!!!
I think you will be absolutely fine - choose to spend your points wisely
