    Mine went from 10 point something to 5 point something in the first 2 months :clap:

    Mine also dropped from something like 9.4 to 4.3 within a few months of being on the CD the last time i was on it.

    Haven't checked mine but it can only improve it as you're effectively detoxing and only taking in what nutrients you need....

    Currently - Cambridge SS+
    I had my cholesterol, hip waist ratio, body fat % and blood pressure taken during a health visit at work by a nurse recently and they were all good! Don't know what they were before mind, but to know everything is fine now is a relief!
