Hi there - yes - only 1 bar per day....they're slighly higher in carbs...and calories......while I was SS-ing I did have 2 on the odd occasion if I was 'hungry'.... figured it was better to have an extra bar than raid the biscuit tin !!
That does help thank you... feel like I need to eat something sometimes and I figured a bar or even half was better than other things I could eat!!I'm not doing too bad, I am missing eating though... but I am going to stay strong..!
