CD Hairloss - a question

Hello Guys!

I have lost 3 stone on CD and i really think it is the best diet ever!

However, I have had to stop because of lack of dosh:cry:! so I am planning to lose my last bit of weight with a GI diet.

Since I stopped CD about 4 weeks ago, my hair is coming out. I know this is a common side effect.

I just wondered if anyone out there who has stopped CD, has experienced the same thing and could give me some advise please.
i.e will it stop falling out soon and if there are any vitamins i could take or products i could use to help.

after i did strict ss from feb-jul my hair also fell out almost immediately when i stopped ss'ing
it went on for about a month, and quite alot came out each time i washed it (daily). it was a little worrying but my hair is fine now, got some wispy bits where there is some re-growth but it is by no means thin!
