My CDC is ringing me tonight to set up an appointment. Currently i do LL - but finding it too expensive to carry on with!!

Ive heard the shakes are a lot harder to mix up than the LL, do you need a whisk? Or can you just mix it with water and shake like LL?

thanks :)

Hi,
Welcome to CD. I find the shakes a lot nicer if you blend them but that is personal choice. I add 4 or 5 ice cubes to the blender, crush them and then add the water and powder - that way you get a lovely thick, creamy shake.
At work I bought a cheap hand blender from Argos (£4.79) and I use this to blend my mid-day shake in a jug.
I even blend the porridge and hot chocolate as I find it nicer.
Hope that helps.

Definately get a blender, I too use the blender for porridge and the shakes. Welcome to CD.

Hi,

I did LL about 18 months ago - to be honest there is no difference as mixing the shakes goes, but like OP have said, the more blended the better.

Hi precious
welcome to minimins
i don't use a blender, cos i'm lazy with the washing of it, i use a shaker and find the porridge lovely with the lumps, think it depends on you as to what you do....
Good luck
