CD v LT

Hi can some please explain what CD involves? Is it alot different to LT? I have been doing LT for 6 weeks, am doing fine but was wondering what the deal is with CD as i am missing food.:sigh:

there are lots of different plans on CD starting with Sole Source which is total food replacement and going up to 1500kcals which is a mix and enables you to eat food.

Thankyou for the reply, what do the shakes taste like? I actually like the LT shakes and i'm worried if i don't like CD food i won't stick to it.

well alot of people switch from LT to CD because CD has a bigger variety of shake flavours. we also have yummy bars and a big selection of soups. there are water flavourings and mix a mousse which enables you to make the shake packets into an Angel Delight type dessert. there are also ready to drink shakes.

i like most of the shakes but i stick to the ready made ones now purely because they are convenient.

Just to add one very important product which is porridge, it tastes absolutely lovely IMHO and makes the diet a lot easier to stomach.
