CD - Weigh in

Hi folks, can someone tell me who takes your weight each week on CD, does your mentor do this or do you have to do this yourself? I really need to do something i have lots of weight to loose (5 stone+) and I assume he/she will start me off on ss, I am so terrified of this diet but need to do something and NOW! :cry:

Any advice appreciated.

your cdc weighs you each time you go for your consultation
i go weekly, she weighs me, measures me, we have a chat about how things have gone the past week, what my plan is for the coming week and i choose my packs and pay

hi your CDC should be the one to weigh you in each week
Dont be scared this is a great website and lots of people are in the same position as yourself encluding me so dont worry.
